What services do you provide?
We provide detailed interior and exterior boat cleaning. We do not offer gelcoat buffing, polishing, waxing, oxidation removal, ceramic coatings, or restoration services. Our optional metal polish is for metal surfaces only.
Are the listed prices exact?
Prices shown are estimates based on boat length and expected condition. Your final price may vary depending on the boat’s condition, accessibility, requested services, and travel distance. We will confirm the estimated price before beginning.
Can I customize my cleaning?
Yes. If you only need certain areas cleaned—such as the interior or exterior—contact us for a customized quote.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring our cleaning products and equipment. The customer must provide reasonable access to the boat and a working freshwater hose connection unless other arrangements are made beforehand.
Do you require a deposit?
A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. It is applied toward your final balance and is not an additional charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. The following policy applies when a deposit has been paid:
- 48 hours or more before your appointment: Receive a full deposit refund or transfer it to another available date.
- Between 24 and 48 hours: Transfer the full deposit once to another available date. If you cancel completely, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Less than 24 hours or a no-show: The deposit is nonrefundable.
- If Coastal Clean Marine cancels: Receive a full refund or transfer the deposit to another date—your choice.
Example: For a $40 deposit, a complete cancellation 48+ hours ahead receives $40 back; a cancellation 24–48 hours ahead receives $20 back; and a cancellation less than 24 hours ahead is nonrefundable.
Appointments may be treated as canceled if we cannot access the boat, begin the service, or reach the customer at the scheduled time. Exceptional circumstances will be handled fairly.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If weather prevents us from safely completing the service, your deposit may be transferred to another available date or fully refunded.
What if I am unhappy with the cleaning?
We ask customers to inspect the boat when the service is complete. If we missed an area included in your service, please let us know before we leave so we can make it right.
